1. Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or wrong item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
3. Exchanges

5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

- Then contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
