What are your candles made from?

Our candles are crafted with all-natural soy wax, phthalate-free fragrance oils, and premium cotton wicks for a clean, even burn.

How long do your candles burn?

Our 10 oz and 12 oz candles offer up to 50 hours of burn time when properly cared for. Burn time may vary depending on usage and environment.

How do I get the best burn?

For your first burn, allow the wax to melt evenly across the entire surface (typically 2–3 hours). Always trim your wick to 1/4” before lighting.

When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. You’ll receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will make it right.

What about the dog bandanas?

Our bandanas are made with high-quality materials and designed for comfort and everyday wear. Please supervise pets while wearing accessories.
