Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a separate notification once your order has shipped.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days once your order has been shipped.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your shipment directly through the carrier’s website.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Delays, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Lulu & Ro Candle Co. is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier.
