Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Each Lulu & Ro item is carefully inspected and packaged to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at luluandrocandleco@gmail.com.

Please include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you promptly. We will gladly offer a replacement or store credit when applicable.

Shipping Information

We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damages once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier. If your package is delayed or missing, we recommend contacting the carrier directly.

Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
